No card right now but I do have a delicious salad to share with you. While on vacation one of my favourite salads was at Le Tire Bouchon . I loved the Melon and Prociutto salad so much that I had been craving it.
So I did some googling and came up with what I think matches the closest to what we had at the restaurant.
Restaurant Version
Nice, Le Tire Bouchon
My Version – ok.. it doesn’t look like the restaurant version but it sure was good.
