Hello Stampers
A chick-a-dee here… a chick-a-dee there… here’s a chick, there’s a chick…. well you get the idea. With Easter around the corner we are all looking for card ideas. Investing in every holiday themed stamp set could get very expensive. But… if you have a stamp set like “Delightful Dozen” and some basic punches…. you can let your creativity shine. I had posted a similar card last week on My Facebook Page and here on my Blog. I wasn’t totally happy with the outcome so made a few tweaks…. much better!
The punches used were: Bird Builder Punch (wings and legs), Boho Blossom Punch (comb), 1 3/4″ circle punch. The beak is cut from a folded piece of Tangerine Tango (in a diamond shape). And yes… this fits into a standard envelope and it stands up. This was one of the card the Saturday Morning Stampers made yesterday.
