Hi Stampers

Another day… another Christmas card:)     Sometimes  I have to go back to basics with card making.   You know the term “KISS”…. Keep It Simple Stamper….. I have to remind myself of that OFTEN.   Not every card has to be over the top, complicated, interactive…. sometimes you need something clean and classic.

To answer Janine’s question on what is the snow: (the questions is buried on one of the pictures)

Thanks Janine for checking in. The bottom I used the new Mica Flakes Trio Pack (in the clear). Page 41 of the new 2016 Stampin’ Up! Holiday Catalog. I used some Tombow Liquid Adhesive on the base then sprinkled the flakes on and patted them down. I brushed off any excess after the glue dried. Not sure how well you can tell in the picture, but I stamped an extra train and “fussy cut” the smoke on the top, the steam on the bottom and the front grill of the train to pop it up. I love love love this stamp set. Enjoy.
