Don’t you love this card! As I mentioned earlier in the week, I have a hard time with Teen Boy cards, but I think this is awesome! I have paired the FREE Sale-a-Bration set , Epic Celebrations, with the Embossing Paste and it has this urban feel to it.
A tip on the Embossing Paste. Have a bucket of water near your workstation. When you are finished with the stencil and knives, put it into the bucket and rinse the Embossing Paste off. If you leave it too long and it gets hard, I am told that you can soak it in water and dish washing liquid to soften it up. One other tip, when you open the container, you are immediately exposing it to air. Before putting the lid back on, put some plastic wrap over the jar then screw on the lid. Also put it back into the plastic bag it came in and seal it. The paste can dry out. If it does, put a bit of water in it and seal it back up and let it sit a day or two (checking it and stirring it as it softens up). Again, this hasn’t happened to me, but these are some of the tips I have hears people are doing. If it does happen to me, I will be sure to try these tips and report back.
