Stampin Up! – Voila

Card - Birthday

Hi Stampers

Wow… another weekend has come and gone. It was an “unproductive” weekend for me and I could kick myself. I was not motivated at all. I am still looking for a bathroom mirror. I have bought two so far, tried them both out and have packaged them up to be returned. Who would have thought that finding the right bathroom mirror would be so difficult. It has me stumped.

I need a birthday card this week and resurrected the Voila stamp set. I had done one previously like this and loved the colour combination. So here it is again.

Something too cute – I have great neighbours. One neighbour’s little girl came over yesterday afternoon (she is 3 and yes she was with her mom). She asked if I could come out to play with her. I am 50! She ended up coming in and her and I sat at the kitchen table doing crafts. Her mom came back for her a while later. Isn’t that cute?

Have a great week.

I know your pain with the mirror – after buying my house last year, I spent the entire summer going here, there, and everywhere looking for the perfect this and the perfect that. Surprising I found mostly everything I hoped for. Not surprising, I didn’t do much of anything else that summer!

Love the card. You’re right – it’s a great color combo. Glad to see you’re inspiring 3 year olds as well as your blog readers 🙂

Hu Elizabeth! What an neat card! This is always a winner set and so fun! I love that you did crafts with your 3 y/o neighbor! I love doing crafts with kids!!! I can sympathize on the mirror… having built a house 2 years ago I am convinced there are just too many choices out there for us these days! I went crazy picking paint colors!!! Yikes! Hope you can wrap up this bathroom project soon!!! Hugs!

What a fantastic card! I love the colors you chose. This is one of my very fav stamp sets too.

I hope you get a new bathroom mirror soon. Also, that was so sweet of you to entertain your neighbor’s little girl with crafts. You never know what kind of impact that will be on her.
