Hi Stampers
Welcome to the Happy Birthday Blog Hop. This month fellow Demonstrators from Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia joined together to celebrate Birthdays. It is kind of fitting as this is Stampin’ Up!’s 30th birthday this year and it is a year-long birthday party.
I chose to combine two sets from the Annual Catalogue: “Lift Me Up”, with the co-ordinating framelit, “Up & Away” and the tab at the top uses the ‘Tabs for Everything” stamp set and the co-ordinating “Circle Tab” punch. I also used the Circle Framelits.
The Tabs for Everything stamp set and punch is meant for Journals or Diaries…. but it is so versatile and works so well on all types of projects. Ohhh… and did you know that you can use your Stampin’ Blends to colour the Rhinestones. Now we can have bling in co-ordinating Stampin’ Up! Colours….awesome!
Pull up the “Happy” tab to reveal the “Birthday” flag.
The card is a 4″ x 4″ card allowing for enough room for the tab on the top. It will fit into a standard envelope.

Love this card! I’m a fan of all cards that have an interactive design element. Thanks for sharing!
What a great idea to use the hot air balloon on a slider card! A great surprise for the person receiving it!
Such a clever idea and I forgot about coloring the rhinestones with Blends. Thanks for the reminder!!
