I have been playing around (ok wasting time) trying to update my blog and putting the elements into place. Talk about time consuming and frustrating. I could have been stamping. 🙂
I have one of the MM Precision Trimmers and love it. I have had it for about a year. The markings / grid lines are wearing off. I had heard that MM has excellent Customer Service. I finally contacted them about the trimmer. I got an e-mail back from them today to send them a picture as proof of purchase and they are going to ship me a replacement one. It will take 4-5 weeks. Not bad considering I bought it about a year ago, don’t have a receipt and the thing is kind of heavy. It beats spending another $79.00 (cdn) for a new one. Hopefully they have fixed the problem and the grid lines are now sealed and won’t wear off.
