Hi Stampers
I hope you are having a wonderful day. I am having one of those amazing days where I can stamp and create for me. It is a perfect day, I am prepped for events for the month of June, laundry is done and the house is clean. There is a beautiful breeze coming through the window and the smell of a BBQ from outside is in the air. Oooh.. I think I am hungry.
Today’s project uses the Lilypad Lake stamp set and Lakeside Framelits. It kind of reminds me of my day… tranquil, sun shining and a gentle breeze. Totally serene!
There is always a confession…… a few years ago I was going to do a class using unpainted wooden frames from the Dollar Store. I never did get the class scheduled so I have a few lot of the frames. I love it when I can use one of them for a project.
Note… the Pink Pirouette Stampin’ Blends have retired and the Wooden Frame and Moss are from a dollar store.

Thanks for stopping by,

I love your project Elizabeth! How did you paint the frame? I might just do this for my Suite Sweet Saturday class next month.
Hi Jackie….. I used some watered down reinker and a foam brush to paint the wood. I “think” it was Bermuda Bay. It kept it rustic and didn’t worry about full / total coverage. Hope that helps.
you’re the best. I think I might be heading out to the dollar store!! I am going to share this on my blog with a link to your blog if you are ok with that!
Of course I am. If I don’t see you on Saturday…. I will see you in Greece (squeeeeel)
