Nope.. this has nothing to do with stamping today…. other than the fact this has kept me from doing what I am suppose to be doing. I am helping a friend…. Hi Molly…… with an upcoming sale and wanted to get into the spirit of things. I had been in a bit of a funk and thought if I put up my Christmas Tree all would be good. I could get the tree up then concentrate on making cards for the upcoming sale. WRONG!
Yesterday morning I started to put up my pre-lit tree. It is a gorgeous tree and I splurged when I bought it… .but this year (it is only 4 years old), a bunch of strings of lights decided not to work. Some research on line and I find out there are fuses in the lights. Off to Walmart… they didn’t know what I was talking about….. off to Canadian Tire… they didn’t know what I was talking about….. off to Home Depot … they KNEW what I was talking about.
Bought the fuses came home (all proud of myself) … nope.. they still don’t work. Did some more research on line and found a product that sounded too good to be true ….Light Keeper Pro. Headed back to Home Depot this morning (in my pi’s), bought the Light Keeper Pro and am happy to say that my lights are now WORKING! This thing is amazing.
The tree is now lit, but I have to concentrate on the sale. So once I had enough of cards, I will get back to trimming the tree. This is the tree last year.
And did I say…. one month til Christmas Eve 🙂
