Making Memories Customer Service

A few blogs ago, I had mentioned the problem I was having with my Making Memories Precision Trimmer. Got to say that I love, love, love the trimmer and the self sharpening blade. However, the grid markings / measurements started wearing off. I have had it for at least 9 months, probably bought it with a 40% off M’s coupon and no longer have the bill.

After contacting Making Memories and forwarding them a picture of my old Trimmer, I came home Thursday night with a Brand – Spanking – New trimmer, delivered by Fedex on my doorstep. You have to admit – that is excellent customer service.
