AVery Merry Christmas to all. I know, i know… it is March, the clocks go forward this weekend and spring is around the corner. I don’t think that Mother Nature knows that though. We are getting a dump, dump, dumping of snow. I finally ventured out to shovel and couldn’t resist taking a few pictures.
I live in a Freehold Townhome called “A Quad”. In between the houses there is a cobbled courtyard and 4 front doors face into the courtyeard. It is an unusual concept and hard to describe, but I love it (and it is mine) . Anyhow, here is a picture taken from my front door looking down towards the driveway and the street. It is still snowing, is suppose to snow all night ending tomorrow morning and the picture DOES NOT CAPTURE the wind! I stopped last night at the local grocery store (it had started snowing by then) and you would think that the world was coming to an end. The lineups for the checkout had to be 20 deep – with 15 registers opened. People were getting everything last night so they didn’t have to venture out today…. including me.
