On the mend..

By | May 18, 2009

I have finally started to feel more like myself this weekend. I had a few dizzy spells last weekend and it turns out that I have (on the mend) a sinus infection that has gone into my ear. The Dr believes that the dizziness was a bit of vertigo. I will be honest – it freaked me out. Now I know why I was not feeling well and unbelievably tired.

Alas… the meds have kicked in and I got a lot of rest. I am back to blogging, visiting my fellow Ocean’s 11 Group and most of all – making cards. You know something is not right when you don’t want to create.

I was playing today with nothing special in mind and came up with this card. You can’t see from the picture, but the bottom right hand corner I punched out a star. On the inside I put one of the small stars behind it.

Have a good one.

I am glad you are feeling like creating again, yes, you do know you’re truly ill when you can’t even lift up ink and rubber. Looks lovely!

Glad you are doing better. Vertigo is scary, I know 2 people with it and it really screws things up.
I love the card and the punched out star is a great idea. I will have to try it.

This is fantastic. Love the dp and all those stars. What a perfect way to congratulate. I would have never thought of dressing up this sketch with those papers, but the combo is wonderful.

Darn you!!! Now I have to go out and get a star punch!! I just love this! I’ve been seeing a bunch of ‘star’ projects lately, and your stellar card convinced me that I **need** star punches…at least two sizes, of course 🙂

    Glad you’re feeling better!

LOVE this card!! It is so cool! The colors are great as well! In a way, I want to know what DSP you used. I think I like to torture myself. 🙂
