Scalloped Tag Topper Class – Project #3

Hello Stampers

The 3rd project from the Scalloped Tag Topper Class was inspired by another card I saw on line.   I wanted to switch it up for “Christmas”  and this is the end result. Even though the stamp set used isn’t Christmas”y”, use a bit of Christmas DSP and Cherry Cobbler and it becomes a Christmas card.
