Sharing some Christmas ideas

By | February 9, 2013

I know I said I was tired of Christmas projects, but with all the snow outside it feels more like Christmas now than it did in December.    So I am going to show you some projects our Club ladies made this year.   (note.. I actually posted these a few weeks ago but when I was building this site I lost them)

Every year I try to show them a last minute gifty item.    Last year it was stamping on tile coasters.    If you use Stazon there is no need to bake or seal the tumbled tiles.    You do need to wash them first and let them dry for a while to get all the moisture out.    They have a lot of dust on them and you want to get that all off.     Everyone picked the initial they wanted to use.    First we stamped the dress form on the tile, then again on a post it note.   We did the same with the initial.    Cut out the image on the post-it note and place it over the stamped image on the tile.    Now take your “En Francais” image and stamp it in the tile, over the post-it notes an all.   Voila.  Done.   Could that get any easier.

We put peel and stick felt feet on the bottom of the 4 corners and  there you have an easy personalized gift item.   Stamp 4 of them together and wrap them in a pretty bow.

What do you think of our 2012 Gift project?    You can get in on the Club – the next one starts in April and I am taking names now.
