I am waiting for a video to upload to post to my blog… but in the meantime I want to share with you…. my dinner for this evening.

I love Shepherds Pie … I know it is basically ground beef and mashed potatoes… but it is ooooh so comforting.   And when it is done right… it is ooooh so good.   I am by no means a “Foodie”.   I actually dislike cooking and would rather have toast / tea but I have come to learn that man (or woman) cannot live on toast and tea.

Here is my version of Shepherds pie… ready to put into the oven.   The potato topping is a combination of Potatoes and Butternut Squash, some lot fat sour creme and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese on top.    YUM YUM YUM.
