The Bloggers Group – Surfin Ocean 11 have a challenge this week. It is to make a 3-D card with a Spring theme. This is a free-standing pop-up card. The directions for it are HERE
The odd thing is – before I looked up the directions I had decided I was going to use the Eastern Blooms stamp set from Stampin Up!. It was one of my uninked stamp sets that needed to be used. After I saw the sample on SCS, I decided to CASE it. The colours have been changed up to So Saffron and Brocade Blue with a bit of Regal Rose thrown in for umph.
Well tomorrow is my day of adventure. It is my birthday and it is a big one. But as Oprah says…. 50 is the new 40! And I believe everything Oprah says. Besides it is how you feel. Heck, I feel 30. I need to be up at the crack of dawn. I have been keeping the adventure a secret but will ‘splain tomorrow night (or Thursday morning).
Thanks for stopping by,
