Top Note Die

Continuing from my previous post, here is another idea using the Top Note Die….. and Yes.. it is a Christmas Card 🙂    This is a card the Saturday Morning Stampers made a few years ago and it showcases just another way to use the Die.      If you are looking at the card wondering where is the Top Note Die….. it is in the shoes.     The Die is cut in half on the long edge (so you end up with a second pair of shoes), then it is cut in half to make the left and right shoe.      Using a Circle Punch to create the “dip” on the top of the shoe, a bling pom pom added to the tip and you have a pair of elf shoes….. all using the Top Note Die.

You can use the Top Note die to create cellophane bag toppers from any piece of card stock or Designer Series paper. Simply cut image using the die, stamp or embellish it, and fold it over the top of a cellophane bag (fold in half lengthwise for medium bags and widthwise for small bags). Voila! You’ve made a custom bag topper in no time!
