I was busy doing things around this house today and happened to look out the window. OMG … there was a Hawk on my fence. Now let me start by saying, I live in a subdivision – better yet – a small townhouse with a small backyard. I have had problems with squirrels, raccoons (both found their way into my attic in years past) and have seen owls, skunks and rabbits… now a Hawk. Of course by the time I found my camera, realized the batteries were dead, stole the batteries from the converter and laptop mouse, the hawk had moved. I found it on a neighbours fence and then watched it fly past my house to land in a tree a few houses away. This is when I finally got a (not great) picture. I keep going to the window now to see if it has come back – the camera is now ready. Back to housework.
