No card today, but I do have a recipe for you. I hate cooking… the time it takes to prep then cook then clean up compared to the 15 minutes it takes to eat doesn’t appeal to me. Heck.. I would rather be making cards than cooking …. right:)
Come the fall, I always break out my Crockpot. Up until today I would toss everything in it, turn it on and 8 hours later have dinner. Most times it was OK. Today I wanted to do something a bit different and found a video on-line. Wow… this is now my go to Crockpot Pot Roast Recipe. There was a bit more prep time but well worth the effort. The end result was delicious.
