Crosses of Hope, Easter, Communion, Christening

Is anyone else watching the Bachelor, the Women Tell All?  Whoa did he dodge a bullet when he sent AshLee home.   She is a bit of a nut…. well she comes across as one anyhow.

Now to the card du jour…..

Using Crosses of Hope and Elements of Style this makes a super simple and quick card.   The Cross isn’t quite dry in the picture, but it is covered in Crystal Effects to give it a bit of umph.   It is popped up with dimensionals.    The flourish is stamped with Certainly Celery, and the mat behind it is Wild Wasabi.   I originally stamped the flourish in Wild Wasabi but it was too overpowering.    I also originally had a ribbon across the bottom but it looked out of place so I removed it and put in the pearls.      Sometimes you just have to play with a card until you get what you want.    I love how this turned out in the end.
