Hi Stampers

I had to contact Stampin’ Up! today about an order.    I started the conversation with Demo Support by telling them one of the things I love about being a Demonstrator is the relationships that are formed…. whether it is Customers, other Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators, Downline, Sideline, etc.

When I hung up from them,  I realized another thing I love about being a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator … it is the customer service and support from the Head Office and Demo Support.    So you are asking… why all this love 🙂

On the weekend one of my Customers invited me over for dinner on Monday evening.   She had moved into a new condo and I was curious to see the layout (yes thinking about the future).    We had a lovely dinner, sat and chatted for a while and talked about life, her new condo and stamping.   While we were talking she asked me to look at some card stock she had previously ordered.  She didn’t think it looked right.    Yes.. there was definitely something wrong with the product  – it was a very thin weight.    While I was still there I logged in to the Demo site on my phone and found her order.  It was April 2015.      I said I would contact Stampin’ Up! to see what we could do.  With it being almost a year since she originally ordered it, I didn’t think SU would exchange the paper.    I was prepared to make the case, she had downsized, packed, moved, unpacked  and was just getting back in to stamping.     It didn’t matter though, I was going to replace the paper no matter what.   I didn’t even have to think about it though.    While I was on the phone with Demo Support, she put in the order to send out a new package of card stock and this evening I received the shipping notice.

Gotta love great Customer Service.!!!

I do have a card to show you.   This is one of the Club Cards for March and it uses the Sale-a-Bration stamp set “Pedal Pusher”.     I love this sentiment…. “Let me pedal for a while”.    We all need that every now and then.
