Thanks for checking today. So what is Simple Stamping Sunday? In my quest to keep my peeps stamping and engaged, I did a Facebook Live today called “Simple Stamping Sunday” #simplestamping.
My goal was to showcase 3 different cards using nothing but 1 stamp set, 2 different inks, 2 different colours of cardstock, some Designer Series Paper and simple embellishments.
By George (where did that saying come from anyhow!)…. I think I did it.
I am going to share the first card today… and over the next few days will share the other cards and finally the video. This was the simplest of the 3 cards.
The splatter technique came from flicking the brush end of the Soft Suede Marker into the cap of the marker…. and you get a splatter effect of ink.

It really is a simple card, but that was the whole point of Simple Stamping Sunday. I shared 3 cards in less than 30 minutes.
