Hi Stampers
Some of my regular customers know that I love my Cuisinart Keurig coffee maker. It will be 3 years old in December and has been acting up. No amount of descaling it, turning it off/on, or hitting it was working. I called Cuisinart and it was still under warranty. Luckily I registered the product, kept my confirmation and the Cuisinart repair centre is close by. So off I went at lunch on Tuesday with my coffee maker. I was expecting them to take it, look at it, give me a hard time or want to keep it for repairs. 5 minutes later I was called up to the service counter and they handed me a brand new coffee maker , in box, a new warranty and a box of coffee for my troubles. Now… that is Customer Service. So Club ladies…. I have stocked up on the Khalua coffee (my favourite) and am looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday. Because I have split the sessions into 2 this month, I think (at last count) there are 15 ladies coming in total. It will be a full house. Good thing the coffee maker is working again 🙂 On a side note… one of the K-Cups that was in my free box was the Sleepy Time Tea. I had one last night and I slept like a baby. Not sure if it is a placebo effect, but I might be hooked.
