A Classic Wedding card… Stampin’ Up! style.

I saw a card online that I wanted to recreate…. it just had the words “I Do”  in silver glitter.   It was very clean / classic.   Except I didn’t have the exact font that was used.   I tried with the fonts that I have and it just wasn’t working.   I had to rework the card and this is what I have… turns out it looks nothing like the original card except for the colours.   Gotta say…. I love it.

What do you think?   The background embossing folder is retired as is the purple brad.   But you can recreate this very easily with whatever you have on hand.   Give it a shot and send me a picture of what you made.   I would love to see it.

Now, I want to show you the same card using totally current product from Stampin’ Up!’s catalogue.  Check out that silver button.   If you watched the Opening Ceremonies from Stampin’ Up!’s convention, you would have seen the Very Vintage Button that was gold embossed.   Whoo hoo.   Love how they give us new ideas.    It is all about using what YOU have on hand.   Hope you are inspired.
