Where to find colour inspiration

Thanks for checking in. Today I am going to share with you a tutorial using the What’s Cookin’ stamp set. If you have bakers or chefs in the household this is a must have set. But just using the sentiment “what’s cookin'” is so generic, that it could be used for anyone… a simple “hi”.
The colour challenge that I participated in you had to use the colours Black, Yellow, Red and Blue. Sometimes these challenges are fun to do… and can force you to think outside the box. This was the card I came up with for this colour challenge.

You can find colour combinations in everyday life. The front of a magazine, an advertisement, clothing, dishes. See something that catches your eye, take a picture of it and try to recreate it. Sometimes the inspiration is right in front of you. Even a box of Cheerios… if you like the colour combination on the box… use that for inspiration.
