Hello Stampers
Did you know that every year Stampin’ Up! has a stamp set that “Makes a Difference”? This year it is called Sprinkles of Life and $3.00 from every set sold is donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities. And WOW….. to date over $1,000,000 has been donated to the charity.
This year the stamp set is so much fun…. clouds, cupcakes, trees, ice cream cones, apples, and 8 different phrases / sentiments…. and there is a punch that co-ordinates with the stamp set. The Sprinkles of Life is a perfect stamp set to make a difference.
Check out this shaker card. It was showcased at the South Pacific Convention recently and I couldn’t resist trying it out. You have to try to get all the apples into the basket…. but I think I added too many apples 🙂
To give some of the apples a bit of sparkle I punched some out in the red Glimmer Paper (yes the co-ordinating punch does apples). I didn’t want the white from the back of the paper to show so I glued a red apple to the back. I only did a few apples in the Glimmer paper to add a bit of sparkle and to pick up on the “Thanks” on the top of the card.
Isn’t this a fun card.?
